I love skillet meals - they use one pan and ensure dinner on the table in 30 minutes or less. This recipe is dead easy - my 15yo daughter makes this a lot - she generally handles dinner once or twice a week. You can also try this in your dutch oven while camping. Because you do everything in one pan and dont pre-boil the noodles, it should work very nicely as long as you dont get things TOO hot and burn the noodles. Let us know if you try it that way, or we'll report in after our next cookout!
Give it a try and let us know what you think!
